Details of the trading process NON-NEGOTIABLE TITLE/TANKER TAKE OVER PROCEDURE (TTO)/STS

1. Start trading

The buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) document with a company certificate and a letter of guarantee for Take Over the product

2. Agreeing terms

The seller issues a Draft MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) for the buyer to sign and confirm back

3. Confirmation of product documents

The seller sends the following important documents to the buyer:

Q88

Bill of Lading

Established Time (ETA)

Q&Q Analysis Report

5% Invoice

Cargo Manifest

Certificate of Origin

Vessel Declaration

4. Security Deposit

The buyer confirms the cargo documents and pays 5% deposit of the total value via T/T Wire Transfer to the Escrow account within 2 working days.

5. Port Change and Transfer of Ownership

If the buyer wants to change the cargo route, the seller will coordinate with the shipping company to change the port as required.

The seller transfers the ownership at the government agency and issues important documents such as Dip-Test Authorization (DTA), Authority to Board (ATB) and Authority to Verify (ATV).

The buyer can book the quality inspection team (SGS or equivalent).

6. Full payment

After the inspection is successful Buyer transfers the remaining amount via MT103 Wire Transfer

Seller transfers ownership of the goods to the buyer completely

7. Start the trans-loading process

Process immediately after the payment is complete

8. Commission payment to the agent

Seller transfers the commission to the relevant agent within 48 hours
